1. General Subscription Refunds
We want you to be completely thrilled with the songs you create. If you subscribe to our service and find it isn't what you expected, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To qualify for this refund, you must not have consumed more than 20% of your monthly credit allowance. We set this limit because AI generation involves immediate computing costs. Once you pass the 7-day mark, or if you've used a significant portion of your credits, the subscription becomes non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
2. Credit Usage and Rollovers
Credits used to generate your custom songs, lyrics, or instrumental tracks are non-refundable. The moment you hit the generate button, our system incurs real costs to produce that high-quality audio for you. Please also note that unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next month: each new monthly allowance (on monthly plans and on the Annual plan alike) replaces any subscription credits left from the previous month, so be sure to use them up and experiment with different musical styles for your creative projects! Credits from one-time top-up packs are separate and are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase; credits that expire unused are not refunded.
3. Canceling Your Plan
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time—no questions asked and no hidden hoops to jump through. When you cancel, you will immediately stop being billed for future months. However, your account will remain active, and you'll keep access to all your paid features and remaining credits until the end of the current billing period that you've already paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for the remainder of a month if you cancel early.
4. Unexpected Service Interruptions
While we strive for 100% uptime, technology can sometimes be unpredictable. If you experience technical glitches, server outages, or persistent bugs that actively prevent you from using the credits you purchased, please reach out to our team. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will gladly issue credit compensation or a partial refund if our system let you down.
5. How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund, please send an email directly to support@aisonggenie.com. Make sure to email us from the address associated with your account, and briefly explain why you are requesting the refund. This helps us improve the product for future creators. We typically review and process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear on your statement.
6. Annual Subscription Plans
If you've opted for an annual subscription to lock in a better rate, you have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to request a prorated refund. This prorated amount will deduct the cost of the credits you have already consumed. After the first 30 days, annual plans are completely non-refundable for the remainder of the year.

Frequently Asked Questions about Billing & Refunds
1. What qualifications are required for a full 7-day refund?
You must submit your request within 7 calendar days of your first subscription payment and have consumed no more than 20% of that month's credit quota.
2. How long does it take for refunded money to reach my account?
Refunds typically process within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer and bank clearing schedules.
3. If I cancel my subscription mid-cycle, do I lose remaining credits?

Credits for a failed generation are returned to your balance automatically. If credits were still deducted without producing audio, contact our support team and we will restore them.
